The V2 feature enableEditing does not exist for V3. But it is possible to build the feature for V3 with some javascript. A code for this has been posted by peckham on Snipplr. I have adapted peckham's code for this example. Use the 'Edit lines' button if you want to edit any polyline you create. When editing, points may be removed by clicking on them.
