Bernadine Kathrineberg Bemadine L. "Bing" Kathrineberg, daughter of William Hill and Lulu Marie Arpp, was bom April 5, 1911 at Norfolk, Nebraska and passed away at Kenwood View Nursing Home in Salina, Kansas on March 4, 2001. ' Bernadine was a homemaker and farm wife with her husband, Arthur, near Republic, Kansas in Jewell County until 1961 when she moved to Salina where she was a food service worker for Salina USDi?305 schools. She was a member of the University Methodist Church and was a member a Past Grand Noble of the Miriam Rebekalis Lodge #8 in Salina. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her son Billy; and a daughter, Barbara Diane. She is survived by one daughter, Kay Peters of Yukon, Oklahoma. Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2001 at the Ryan Mortuary in Salina with the Rev. Robert Conway officiating.
